"Provides various opportunities for growth. Ever since I joined Wipro as a fresher I have been able to learn and implement in a much quicker way than what fresh engineers do elsewhere. The extra hours of work that you put in makes you feel confident of finishing any job. Overall its a good place to learn and develop a career."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open to working late hours, as this may be required as part of the services the company provides. Be open to travel. Helps in having multitude of skills in a specific field than being a master of one particular skill in that field (services)."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"Compensation. But that's what you could expect from a services company. Some HR policies are really worse."

"Team spirit is what builds and binds Wipro, continue the same."

"Having to share cubicles. While I don't mind having others around, no one like feeling as if someone is looking over their shoulders all the time."

"Some organizations are poorly organized. Outsourcing jobs to foreign countries. Promoting individuals just to fill that position, where the individual isn't qualified."

"If you start as a contract engineer you have a small chance of being hired full time even after a number of years and especially if you are older."
What don't you like about working at Caterpillar?
"Contract employees are treated like second class citizens. Caterpillar's diversity and inclusion program is exclusion to Cat employees only. Even safety issues are sometimes not addressed if the boss thinks it's too much trouble."

"You are squandering a lot of good ideas from your contract people and needlessly creating a difficult work environment for a large part of your work force."
