"They took me to lunch once."

"Don't do it. They have a bad reputation with other contractors. I was warned before I left Michigan, and Aerotek proved the others correct. I know many people who will not work for them, and I am one of them."

"They don't follow through with their agreements after you start with their customer."

"Be honest."

"Automatically ask for a higher salary since the raises aren't guaranteed to be there in the future."

"I did not like the salary. I did not find it to be a fair salary."
