"Caterpillar was a great place to work for, because they would welcome your opinions. There was a chance for advancement there and the company trained their employees very well."

"The tip I would have for others interviewing would be understand what Caterpillar is about. Research them in the news and know why they are such a great company."

"I was very happy there. I do not really have any negative comments."

"Some of the managers needed to participate in design reviews a little more and have one on one meetings with their employees."

"No. I left this company in 1996, and I don't know how this company is operating since I left."

"I can't say that I don't like something, I was happy to work at that company,but in general, this plant didn't make any profit, and after one year, this team including a plant, was downsized."
