"Upper Management needs to review the effectiveness of the management below them. Some individuals in the company are stretching themselves to thin by not doing more empowering of their subordinates."

"If you are right out of college, this may be a good stepping stone to get your career off the ground. Don't expect to stay there more than a couple of years."

"Too fast pace. Not good upper management skills. Bad decision making skills."

"Quit hirring young engineers right out of college and get some experience in there. It currently seems to be a young boys club than a true engineering department."
