"Don't fall prey of the talk, institution is small and lacking centralized management. Products not properly tailored for new clients, nor existing one. Sales attitudes volatile and not clear."

"Lack of centralized, clearly identified management and organization. Incomplete researched and research of resources before implementation of new products."

"Centralized management; centralized policies and adherence and practice as one at all locations and levels of the command chain."

"There wasn't enough work present for the employees that were hired."

"To provide an accurate and stable work load, so that their employees can progress."

"The people, my team and supervisors, helped to make it an interesting time."

"If you have a GED you're good to go. The technical skills test I took is no longer given."

What don't you like about working at Pace?

"We had little control over what we could and couldn't do. No communications about problems from upper management."

"Send more emails to everyone. Setup a line of communication."

"Convenient location. nice people advertisement and recruiting spiel sounded good."

"Go work at McDonald's, you'll be a lot happier and better treated."

What don't you like about working at Asurion?

"Call types - 4th call center in 12 years - most abusive customers I've ever seen. Just got my yearly raise... got a big 11 cents after almost 2 years. Even McDonald's does better than that. Slave labor, barely minimum wage, funky systems, no respect and no support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management always thinks they know everything but they're not the ones doing the work. Should try listening to employees sometime. Also should think of the extra pack of Mr. Noodles their big raise lets me buy when they're enjoying their 3-figure salary."

"My manager was wonderful at working with us and the people that I worked with work extremely helpful and fun, as well as the customer service was a great experience"

"Just make sure you are ready to be busy and try to help out in all areas not just your specific job"

"Just that it is fast food if I could make it a bigger restaurant I would"

"None the management at this company did an excellent job at what they do"

"Not much, it really was an excellent experience and I don't have any bad memories."

"Not really any to speak of, they run a pretty tight ship."
