Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you can't find work anywhere else -- work there for the paycheck; and keep looking for another job. The company's annual career survey, is nothing more than a public relations tool. I worked for the company for many years -- never did it keep promises to me or others in my department. Most posted jobs were already taken. Job interviews made Cox appear that it was not using discrimination. I had a 2 hour interview -- after going back to my desk, the interviewer, came to my desk and said that he was sorry, he had already hired for that position a few days earlier."

"Management seemed to lead by crisis management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more like other Cox systems. The Las Vegas system from senior through middle management had trouble telling the truth. Also, some managers would set up some employees so that the employee would quit. If the employee did not quit, management would terminate the employee with a trumped up excuse."
