"What I didn't like was the high volume of work coupled with low compensation and commission."

"The companies goal of out-sourcing the Customer Service department with no internal personnel to oversee the company providing the service."

"If they plan on out-sourcing, they should have an MDU internal manager to oversee the opertaion to ensure that all SLA's are met and quality customer service is delivered."

"Aside from the people management aspect and job specific duties, I particularly liked the location of the company, as it was against traffic."

"Be clear as to your motives for employment and be aware that upward mobility and growth is minimal to none."

"Due to PWCSA being government facility with long term employees, upward mobility was near impossilbe."

"I would recommend that they have a customer oriented background and know how to answer questions that there is probably no answer to anyway."

"I don't like that I have dealt with customers for over 5 years now. I'm ready to entertain my professional skills in information technology."

"I suggest that associates be moved around more so that they are familiar with all areas"
