"There were few pay incentives for performance - most were based on seniority."

"Our customer service director allowed me to work independently, and trusted me thoroughly. He made me feel he was there more for support than to manage me. The company worked hard to do things right for its customers, employees, and subcontractors."

"I was very distressed when they closed the company. Sam Edelman has a wonderful reputation in the industry and I really liked working there."
