"I love the people. I love helping customers and I love my co-workers. We have a blast. However, I hate when we're understaffed. It increases stress. I understand every company must meet a budget. But, I would love to see Walmart even better meet the needs of its customers as well as employees by going beyond the call to staff well."
"Understanding a job is about knowing your product, physically or mentally. It takes nothing to know your product, it takes skill to teach others to know how to present it. That is where my profession excels."
"I love helping customers resolve their issues. As a manager I was able to help out the customers that had problems that could not be resolved on a lover level. I loved it!"
"I enjoy working with customers daily, I tend to take things an extra step. I build relationships with my customers and try to learn as many names as possible so it is a very friendly environment. I try to understand their needs and wants and make sure that we have the items in stock. This is a great opportunity for someone that is starting a new career in customer relationship as it builds great tolerance skills. I am not fulfilled as my experience/pay-scale exceeds this line of work."
"I loved interacting with people and developing them. I was very happy to see representatives progress and get promoted. I did not hate, but I did not like the lack of support that senior leadership gives 1st level managers."
"I enjoy working with people. I do not like that we have to push Gap credit cards at customers."
"What's not to love, great job helping people to succeed."
"I have had the pleasure of working to create programs that truly serve the customer. I take great pride and satisfaction knowing my job is to create an unequalled experience in customer service. I love knowing that my efforts have a direct connection to the customer. I truly enjoy knowing that each day I come to work I am able to improve the relationship between the company and the customer. In todays market people demand a high level of professionalism and compassion, I enjoy creating that."
"I love the customers and my coworkers. I wish things were a little more organized."
