"How cheap it is...everyone needed to do things solo even if your busy."

"Share some wealth on people and hire to help those already there and working."

"Advancment dosen't seem to happen allot within the company. Company also lacks communication with in the departments."

"Communicate with company policies changes and advise the employees of the new hires within the company. It helps with the feeling of working together and being apart of a team."

"The customers can be difficult to deal with at times."

"Be as nice as possible, be knowledgeable in the field, and be eager to work."

"Supervisors always seem to try to catch you doing something you're not supposed to be doing, and some supervisors aren't so nice."

"Give everyone pay raises and parties, and be work personal with employees."

"I like helping people improve their lives and complete their projects. I also like to teach people about how to do things."

"Learn about each of the products quickly. Push for time to do your training and completing your tasks, because you will be held responsible if your manager does not allow you to finish your work."
What don't you like about working at Lowe's?
"I dislike the many passwords for each program needed to help the customers, and the delay it causes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Prioritize the list of delegations, especially for new employees. Teach new employees how to do their jobs, rather than just telling them what to do and walk away. Stick around and evaluate their understanding of their tasks. Pay people according to their performance and years of service with Lowe's."

"It was impossible to move to another department within the company if you were a customer service associate because of the great turnover rate in the department."

"The people I work with. Flexible work schedule. Easy work."

"Very easy to get a job, just act normal and be smart."

"Poor management. No opportunity for advancement. Low pay rate. Poor benefits."

"Trim the fat. Raise wages. Get rid of unnecessary managers. Hire more workers."

"The fact that I was trusted by my boss to get what I needed to get done. This is something that can be hard to come by in this line of work."

"I would think that more than anything they are looking for someone who is reliable. Any way you can get that across would be awesome in an interview."

"Working in retail was never something that I wanted to do long time."

"Nothing really, the management was one of the best things about working at Pamida."

"The checks don't bounce other than that NOTHING at all!!!"

"At the time of your interview walk out the door and never look back and if they call don't answer you are better off cleaning toilets"

"Oh my god where do I start!!! Lottery customers bad working conditions big brother is always watching litterally everything no matter how hard you try there's no pleasing anybody and even if you try the slobs we call customers ruin any of your progress I could write a book about whats not good about working there but in short everything especially that they don't care at all about employees mostly when you are alone at work at night and they refuse to put two people on"

"I would care more for my employees and lower prices and also not be an arrogant corporate money grabber"

"I really enjoy saving people money everyday. It is very gratifying to hit our sales goals each week. I strive to raise the bar after each day."

"When you apply online, check every single box for your job choices and that is how you receive a phone call for an interview."
What don't you like about working at Sam's Club?
"I like the freedom they give me and the avenues I am given for success. Sam's Club gives me a few different options to save people money."

"I suggest that they take care of the lowest end of the employee pool and it will reflect in sales."

"The need more managers for the amount of people that are working."

"The benefits and job security are good. It is a younger environment."

"Look somewhere else unless you enjoy mindless dribble. Know the STAR format of interview questions. Focus on the client first."
What don't you like about working at The Vanguard Group?
"Micromanaged in the phone centers. There is little room for career growth in the Charlotte office. The policies and procedures are ridiculous."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would increase the salaries of all employees. I would change the hiring/promotion methods. I would provide monetary incentives for meeting useful goals. I would not micromanage as much."
