"Limited opportunities to progress. REquired manager sign off and most would only sign off if they new you for 12 months or longer, but manager was not around for 12 months."

"Watch your talent and give them opportunities when tehy are ready, not when the manager is ready to move them on."

"Networking is key at Hewitt. Making yourself multI talented does not always give you a competitive edge but definitely knowing the business and being adaptable is important."

"it seemed that at times some people were not placed in the right roles so at times you felt like what you said was not being received or thoroughly analyzed because of the lack of knowledge."
