"The company had good technical assistance for customer service, and simple bonuses but satisfying."

"The age discrimination act was not recognized, it is all about the bottom line and large bonuses for management"

"The company I started working with was macromanagement, no accountibility, issues based on assumptions and gossip. Management was a merry go round, tools set were not used properly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since only working for NEW CEO couple of months, it is unfortunate that due to economics and drastic changes and having to get RID, FIRE, TERMINATE, LAYOFF, OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WITH SENIORITY, AND DEPARTMENTS; for him to take MILLIONS of dollars at the end of the year; would have been my method."
