What don't you like about working at Charter Communications?

"When the economy feels everyone who made six figures and was in their forties got laid off. It was devastating and handled wrong as Charter lost a lot of their clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Think of your clients as gold and Account Executives work hard on their relationships with clients. New young rookies who work for less pay cannot replace those trusting relationships that were development through integrity and hard work."
