"Growth and Change are key areas to focus on in an interview for this position. Cerner is expanding and changing on a daily basis, and the ability to adapt to change is key to working at Cerner."
What don't you like about working at Cerner?
"Some of the management got to their position based on timing, not on ability, creating a hostel work environment."

"Promote the right people, listen to the employees and focus on quality."

"Cerner is a technology company so I was able to see how a technology company is ran. They also have a nice gym and great community of employees."

"Just be yourself. Be honest in your responses to their questions."

"The amount of hours you have to work. They encourage 60+ hour work weeks with no incentive to do so. They are also trying to send most of the technical jobs to India."

"Allocate more funds to the actual solution and less to sales."

"It was alright, because the people that they hire are right out of college and really fun to work with."

"The hours and amount of work, unless you are 22, are not enjoyable. Especially if you have a family."
