Many of the employees who had worked there for a long time expressed disdain for upper management and the direction the company was headed, as well as a general lack of confidence in the competence of fellow employees or the speed of change in the organization."

"They do an excellent job of thinking big and heading up initiatives to take health care in new directions. However, they need to devote more resources to turning projects around faster, because due to the centralized architecture of the company's offerings, things do not happen very quickly and changes are not easy to make because they must be cleared organization-wide."
