"I've worked for Cerner Corporation for four years. While they have a solid starting salary, they can be slow to provide raises, which is why I'm currently seeking other opportunities. Employee experience varies greatly with the team."

"I've worked at Cerner for a little over a year and a half. I really loved what I did, however after the most recent wave of layoffs, the culture has shifted significantly to be much darker. Things used to be good and I hope they make it back that way, but the new CEO doesn't fill me with optimism. Shame really, we do some great stuff for the medical community."

"I've worked for Cerner for over 3 years now. It is a great organization to build a career, especially when you are a recent graduate. The culture of the company is superb and it offers a lot of opportunities for individuals to grow. Overall, the employees are rewarded and recognized by hard work and dedication. Healthcare is too important, and it is always good to push yourself and try to make a positive impact."

"Cerner Corporation is a large corporation that has recently undergone some significant upper-level management changes from the company's previous style. This is still an ongoing process but it seems currently aimed at a series of short-term stock price targets."

"Cerner Corporation is a great company for people just out of college. They will train you through DevAcademy and most seniors are very willing to help. The cons are that, due to high turnover, you might find yourself on a team where the average experience level is around 3 years. Therefore it is best to stay here for just a year or two to get the experience and then head to better waters."
