"They encouraged both personal and profesional growth and encoraged everyone to be involved. It was a high working for them, because they did not understand the meaning of failure."

"Make sure that everything is clearly spelled out before an offer is accepted. They are extremely fair and work hard to help their people suceed."
What don't you like about working at ManpowerGroup?
"I felt they were loose with cost controls and their was lax control of travel. The company was overly political and often the most talented were not promoted."

"None, because they do course correct every 3-5 years."

"Delivering on commitments: we set ambitious goals with realistically managing commitments; however, sometimes the management was lacking on acting with speed and deciviness to drive continuous improvement."

"Build core businesses and expand into new markets."

"Really, not very much. I did enjoy my role as a Business Development Manager. I also enjoyed some of the many great people I met."

"Go into it with open eyes. Ask a lot of questions about expectations in a sales role, brand recognition in areas where PAETEC is unknown, what advertising they do, etc.Also be sure they explain your comp. plan because for 9 months nobody could/would explain it to me! Finally, do you research and be sure to talk to employees who are already working there."
What don't you like about working at PAETEC?
"PAETEC just completed the McLeodUSA purchase when I came on board. I don't believe the McLeodUSA leadership that was folded into PAETEC were really on board with PATEC and I don't believe PAETEC fully understood how to conduct business in the central USA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Consider replacing the leadership from Regional Director to VP/GM within the Central Area. There has been way too much turnover in sales reps and some RD's which is a direct reflection of poor leadership."

"Demonstrate a strong work effort and that you can operate wihtout direct supervision on a regular basis."

"We are spread across the Midwest with very small accounts within our a concentration of business and personnel that provides for more flexibility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Simply become extremely focused within no more than four defined geographic areas and add some additional closely related services."
