"I loved working with the clients helping them with their beverage choices and building long term relationships."

"Sometimes management didn't like to hear the suggestions from the staff that was out in the field and that sometimes corporate was slow to help the people in the field."

"Listen more closely to the people who are actually out in the field selling the products as they are listening to the prospective clients as to what they are looking for in their beverage company."

"Don't believe a thing they will cut you out of your job the second things go bad."
What don't you like about working at Avnet?
"Corp. hierarchy doesn't care about the employees at the first sign of trouble they cut 100's of employees. That changes peoples lives but they still can earn huge salaries and don't care about the people at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop professing CORE VALUES and not living up to them. One of them is INTEGRIY, they have non or loyalty to the people that give their time and heart to the company."

"The people, the product and the chance to sell a world wide brand"

"That they have moved away from the whole sale channel into riskier retail trade"

"To not follow what European markets do, that the US market is different. Also, to listen to your customers and know there needs."

"I personally wish that Mattson will soon recover from the current downturn market. Mattson has been down sizing almost every quarter due to the financial instability which worried everyone."

"Mattson put the all the dedication/resources into the core product development but abanduning the existing product fall behind the competative market would bring the negative revenue to the company by losing the market shares. It would be good to balance the resources and to be competative against the competition."
