"Has to be one of the worst run corporations in the United States. All talk and no action. Tried to diversify our offerings and forgot about the core products that made them successful."

"Reduce the number of meeting hours a month! One month, while employed there, I had to attend over 40 hours of meetings. Then at the end of the month, managers couldn't figure out why production was off 25%!!!!"

"Turn and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction."

"The people in my division. It's the Good Ole Boys club for sure. Its also a VERY liberal place, so bring your political views to work with you!"

"Understand the work performed in the jobs which you manage. Also boys, golf should be played on the weekends, not every Friday while you're working from home."

"I wore many hats and was always busy. The president relied on me for everthing to organizing events to even the tedious things like printing his emails for him."

"It was difficult when you had to rely on others to get certain jobs done and they didn't do it in a timely fashion or not at all at times."

"I would have suggested hiring people with more relablity."

"Amadeus supported employee growth but gave each employee individual responsibility for his/her success at the same time. During times of stress in the market, company was always supportive."

"Unrealistic goals, sometimes focus seemed off the market which may have been due to the foreign ownership."

"Work more closely with team members on an individual basis, taking and making suggestions along the way."

"I liked the fact that I had a lot of visibility in the operations of my group and was able to make a lot of decisions affecting the business."

"Ask them about their strategy to get back their market share since the merger with LTX. Things have fallen a long way since then."

"Too many executive management changes and directions for the company."
