"I love the interaction with people and the opportunity to design a solution that works for them. It doesn't matter whether it was a big department job or a input form for a single secretary. It feels great to do something for someone that makes their job easier and helps the company at the same time. I like seeing a smile come to someone's face when you lighten their load. "Minimize internal activities (other management consulting firms have a lot less) so that people can actually enjoy their free time. Create project timeline with realistic work spans so that people can actually work the hours stated."
