"Nothing - they are offshoring jobs that my kids should have when they graduate from college!"

"Stay as far away from ths company as you can - unless you enjoy destroying America."

What don't you like about working at HCL Global?

"I do not like the fact this the company specializes in offshoring work from the US to India. I was transfered to the company from Xerox Corp as part of a partnership deal they made."

"CEO says American kids are not employable!! Go home then monkey!"

"Give your best and leave it for the senior management for the rest. You will get what you deserve."

What don't you like about working at HCL Global?

"Promises made by senior management at the time of hiring are often not honored by HR who sight them as policy issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just make sure that once a new hire is on board all promises made at the time of hiring are fulfilled and don't take things for granted. Retention is an effort not a by-product of hiring or getting paid."
