What do you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"I really thought working for HP was going to be a big deal, working for a well known and respected leaders in business. I felt I was misled from the beginning."

"You can probably say anything you like because if they do hire you, they aren't going to follow you in your career."
What don't you like about working at Hewlett-Packard?
"The management (complete lack of management), the pay (no pay increases, no bonuses, no individual rewards, no nothing), the lack of leadership (see comment about lack of management), untrustworthy leaders, hinky management practices (lots of backroom meetings), scripted communications, lack of involvement in employees' futures, no training, no mentors, no directions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow up, start thinking about what is right for the company, the employees, the client, instead of thinking only of yourselves. Culture update: HP has an open door policy and it is not good to threaten/intimidate those who want to use it."

"The work/life balance is poor in consulting, and there is too much pressure to work on internal stuff."
