"I have no suggestions for management. I had good relations with my managers."

"I worked for BOEING (Heritage Hughes Space Communications Group) for 28 years. Work at El Segundo site was excellent. For past 2 years BOEING was moving all IT jobs away from southern California. Working environment for IT employees in southern California is not very good."

"The Boeing Company is a great place to work; the company offers various benefits, a variety of work in many disciplines. My only complaint with it is the work environment; I don't feel like I have as big as an impact as I can and at times the progress feels slower than what I am capable of. I like to work dilligently but prefer an environment where things happen a little faster and where I can make a bigger impact whether that may be coding or helping others."
