"Excellent pay and benefits, I get to be involved in making cool products, people are impressed when I tell them who I work for, I have potential to make alot of money and retire sooner that I would anywhere else."

"the interview process stinks, it is not like a regular interview, it is structured and you won't really feel like you put your best self forward"

What don't you like about working at Boeing?

"The old people here bum me out, there are hardly any people who are even close to my age, the environment is not fun, the work area is dreary."

"I would do a batter job bridging the vast generation gap"

"Too old fashioned. Suffers from its large bureaucracy structure. Hard to get anything done. Many incompetent employees."

"Stop nickle-and-diming employees. Be open to new technologies. Get rid of ineffective layers."
