"BCBSM was a great company to work for, but it changed. I had poor leadership that I reported to in my last and final position at BCBSM."

"I disliked the poor leadership in some areas. In my last position before leaving, I had the worst leadership in my 30 years at BCBSM. I left because of my direct leadership team. I was forced out after 30 years of dedicated service. I would have worked another 10 years if I had good leadership in my area."

"Get back to leadership, not just management. If you don't know the difference, read some books. Get rid of your managers and directors who don't have people and leadership skills."
