People are nice here, and also easy to communicate with, so my projects can go smooth when I need to work with different teams or departments. "I've worked for Blue Shield of California for 5+ years. It is a great place to work, and has consistently been a great place to work. The work-life balance in IT Operations is great. Their employee programs are extensive and very helpful. I utilized the tuition reimbursement program and obtained my Master's degree recently, and was reimbursed ~65% of tuition. I have received a merit increase every year between 4-5%, and have received a significant bonus every year as well."
