"I have worked for Blue Cross for about 3 years and wished I would have found this place years ago. They are very family oriented and you are treated as if your opinion matters, at least in the Facility's Department. The upper management has an open door policy and have always had the time to talk. The pay is comparable with the market and the bonuses far exceed my expectations."

"I've worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan for a year now. There has been substantial improvements to the website and with each update makes more issues less common. Mostly the position includes navigating people to different area of the website and resetting passwords. Unless you're downtown there are not a lot of corporate bonding activities or extra perks. Downtown however is super active with different activities to do on your breaks or after work."
