"I worked with a team that supported me so well that I had lots of opportunities for accomplished, so its difficult to say which was greatest. I would have to choose between either achieving record high in total sales revenue or overhauling the commission structure so that there were incentives for people to work as a team as well as to contribute individually. Both were good for the company and good for my teammates."
