What do you like about working at AutoZone?

"I worked with a team that supported me so well that I had lots of opportunities for accomplished, so its difficult to say which was greatest. I would have to choose between either achieving record high in total sales revenue or overhauling the commission structure so that there were incentives for people to work as a team as well as to contribute individually. Both were good for the company and good for my teammates."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"none, too bad the owner had to close the business."

"none, other than thanking them for supporting my ideas and enhancing many of them."
