"Ask every question you can think of, I accepted a position where I later found out I was to be on call 24/7 non rotational. The recruiter never mentioned it, it was never in the job description and never mentioned during the interview process. Sure I expected to provide on call service I just presumed it would be rotational, it wasn't 24/7 365 days a year on call...........WOW!"
What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?
"I prefer Field Service over in-house jobs and unfortunately most of Aramark's Imaging positions are in-house."

"Be more honest about the details of the position you are offering during the interview process so that there are no surprises to the candidate later on after the start date."

"I did not work at Aramark Food Services, I worked in the Business Industry Division (B&I) of Aramark, where they provide professonal people to industry, I was a contract facilities engineer/manager at a Ford Motor Co. owned Facility."
