I work in a dining hall of a college campus During my time here, I was continuously punished for doing the right thing as an employee, with management taking out their mistakes on me. In addition to that, the pay does nothing to justify the amount of work done in a given shift. This is not my first job. As such, I am moving on to another company that better appreciates its employees, and whose management is a bit more mature. To fellow college students, if you need a job, try to avoid this company at all costs. It takes advantage of naive college students who don't know any better."
