"Look at the contract and determine if the salary is worth it. I was at a 24/7, 365 account, which means that I never really had a day off. I was even on-call when I was on vacation, employees texted me on days off and I would always have to drive into the location on every holiday just to make sure that everything was going as planned."

"We were constantly abused - with work hours, breaking equipment and verbally by management that was feeling stressed by corporate demands and the possibility of not getting a contract."

"It's not enough just to have surveys from time to time. There are many unhappy managers that are actually damaging the company's reputation. One contract may be great while another one demands so much more - yet the salaries are the same."
