"The mission of helping people prepare, prevent and respond to disasters."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are a person who does not mind micromanagement or a team that does not have a solid focus - extreme ambiguity - then this might be a place for you. Beware the politicking however."

What don't you like about working at American Red Cross?

"The executive management allows rumors, backstabbing and lying amongst the staff. They do not lead their staff, the let the staff lead them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should be replaced and new management set in place to save the organization in Orange County."
