"There is no work-life balance, and daily start and end times fluctuate. The schedule is created on purpose to test the resilience of the team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get to know your team's strengths and weaknesses. Don't leave it up to your reports to mentor and develop other team members."

"There is often mismanagement of all resources. It often feels like there is no improvement or you constantly are redoing the same work."

"No training for the CSS position or internal working of an amazon FC at all. There was no communications from the Facilities Manager on expectations, duties or direction. I was very disappointed with the position of CSS at Amazon. I liked it but I had no one to lean on and no training. Then they said I wasn't qualified, even when I completed every task they asked of me. I was never addressed on any performance issues in 4.5 months. Found out through text message on my day off that my contract would not be extended."
