"I have worked for Amazon Fulfillment since October of 2012. I believe they have a great core of values including those concerning customer orientation and leadership. However, I feel as though management can be vastly improved. I do not feel I am supported by my immediate management. Compensation is rather low for the responsibilities and duties required for my position. I do enjoy working for Amazon but I do not see myself building a strong career within the Fulfillment Center."

"Be very enthusiastic about customer service. Have ideas, and be innovative and aggressive with your goals."

What don't you like about working at Amazon?

"It is a very high-stress and demanding pace. There is never a lull, and there are always 10 projects going on at once. I never feel like I am doing my best at any one thing because I am distracted by other responsibilities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't throw so many projects on at once. Work with employees to find strengths and weaknesses."
