"For advice with an Amazon interview I would just say to be yourself. They want you to be just you and yourself, no one else."

"One thing I didn't like was when some of the new dock crew would come in trying to run things their way."

"I personally don't have any suggestions; they ran everything in such a good manner."

"They looked to us to take on a lot of responsibility of our own."

"You can only get two promotions until you'll need to return for your MBA, and they don't offer assistance in education."

What don't you like about working at Amazon?

"There's so much turnover at their FCs that my manager knew virtually nothing about my project for the summer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have the FCs more organized so that there was less down time figuring things out during the work day."

"There is little family life and a lot of hours, which would have been acceptable if the GM would have done his job of making sure all systems were understood and no positive feedback. Dont accept the position. They do not care about you as an individual and have no intent to train you in their systems."

What don't you like about working at Amazon?

"There was absolutely no training from day one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Talk to your new employees. Make sure they are getting the support they require to make them a success, and don't ignore them. The director shows up and never even says hello."
