"Unless you like to work in a place that they do not care fpr the poeple who work for them then they can apply. All they care about is filling the butts inthe seats"

What don't you like about working at Alorica?

"I do not like that at Alorica they are more inclined to get there money then to help the employees that make there business thrive"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to brng back the roamig for the floor for the Team managers barely have any knowledge. I mean they hire people off the streets to become Team managers then the Leadership Interns most of the time"
