"There was little real assessment of skill sets to determine who was to be 'downsized' during a very hard economic time. This downsizing was hardest for those of us who had over 20 years of service, but were not old enough to retire; Nor could we find a job similar in both challenges OR compensation to compare."

"Hindsight does nothing but cause hard feelings and disappointment in a company that was once a great place to work."
