"Be prepared, show your stuff, be yourself and do not try to embellish too much your credentials because you are dealing with true professionals and they know their stuff, so they cannot be fooled."

"That I didn't work for too long, due to a dislocation in the market place."

"Keep up with the good work, treat people like you have done it in the pass and they will help you to deliver the best products in your space, beware of the competition and drop a bit your prices."

"Don't believe you will get pay raises even when the company is making record profits. In spite of the advertised atmosphere the politics do get ugly and cut throat."

"Upper management has decimated the company and morale by not offering pay-raises for to 5 years! The politics that happen now in management has become a save your skin at the expense of others mentality."

"Start appreciating the front line employees and supervisors and stop making the second level managers feel the need to make changes even when they are wrong because they fear for their own jobs."
