"Agilent definitely is low on the pay scale. They make it up somewhat with the overall compensation package, but that is less true for people who have been around a while, and who really counted on the annual bonuses to round things up. With each new acquisition Agilent comes up with some excuse not to provide a competitive bonus. So make sure you have a salary you can live with at the start since they won't adjust it down the road."
