"I worked for Aerotek Staffing for close to 6 months. I have to admit, I enjoyed the thrill and the sense of accomplishment that came with the position when I finally the perfect candidate for a position. I also learned so much about the corporate environment and about people in general based on being thrown right into the lions pit so to speak with speaking with candidates and getting your business going. The work/life balance was lacking, which led to me leaving the company for other opportunities, but I really enjoyed the job of Recruiting itself and would be interested in doing it again for a company that cares a little more about their employees as individuals."
