"I would find a recruiter that's recruiting for the company and have them submit your resume to the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company still has too many layers. There are managers who manage only 10 in a group, which is great if you're in high school, but not for a large corporation. My manager seemed to have way too much time on his hands."

What do you like about working at ADP?

"It was an excellent corporation and work environment, and the coworkers were excellent. There was the possibility to grow up faster but unfortunately was impossible, because the contract ended."

"I had nothing against this excellent corporation that only provided me benefits to my career."

"I had multiple responsibilities, which kept me very interested in my position. Also, the salary was good (at that time)."

"Some people put in power positions based reviews and raises upon who were their favorites, instead of on job performance."

"Recognize the strengths in the employee, and do not focus so much on where you find fault."
