"24 Hour Fitness cut back on bonuses, knowing full well the staff would quit. Their focus is on sales and training and overbooking training sessions, and teaching pressure techniques to their sales people. Much of the rest is being automated. It's losing its personal touch."

"The company is very deceitful and full of politics. The head of HR in the Dallas, TX area plays favorites, and the company does not reward you for the work that you do."

"I was the #1- #3 MM/sales by the numbers. I did everything by the book and worked 60 hours a week. When I was assistant manager, I worked 80 hours a week - it's on file. I was the only rep at the Coit and Campbell Club at that time with a non-existing CM. They need to keep the reps. MM...CM that truly care. Get rid of the games and politics."
