What don't you like about working at 24 Hour Fitness?

"24 Hour Fitness cut back on bonuses, knowing full well the staff would quit. Their focus is on sales and training and overbooking training sessions, and teaching pressure techniques to their sales people. Much of the rest is being automated. It's losing its personal touch."

"Good for a beginning job and free gym membership, but not very rewarding. If you are fine with pressure sales and closing all the time, you will do fine here."
