"I dislike hourly pay and being limited on tasks due to job title."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fix everything that breaks in the club right away, and be able to complete assignments that were the managers job to complete."

"The best place to work if you're searching to be in an open environment where job placement is there. It is simple to get clients especially since they are there to workout. I have had people come up to me to get personal training just because I was there. Personal training does take a toll on mental and physical capacity but the end results are rewarding."
