"Pay the employees more that have and exceed the desired qualifications and that perform above the standard."

"You need to have company knowledge to really qualify there."

"Laptops were really old (XP based) and slow. Faster computers would help."

"Not really, since I always found all necessary process and systems in place."
"I have worked for Sprint for 15+ years, and really enjoyed working for the company. Sprint allows to switch job internally, and I have used this facility to learn different skills. Currently, company is going through some transformation to handle the tough competition in the wireless world."
