"Woefully inadequate marketing programs. Inability to comprehend marketplace versus their preconceived notions of it. Lack of flexibility to amend position in a timely manner. Sprint historically learns too little, too late."

"Try to translate missed opportunities and link to management's tendency to be intractable. Get a better handle on what's really happening out there in the market. Go out in the field more visiting PROSPECTS. The view might be different than the client accounts you are brought into."
