"It's a pretty decent company, with local and worldwide clients. Employees seem to be satisfied with how they are being treated and the overall experiences that they have on a day to day basis. I for one, love the decor of Sprint. Sprint Campus on a whole is a wonderful environment to work in. Best job I've had in all my career, and I wouldn't change anything about it."

"Network is behind the competition, struggling for market share, and financial future is in question."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sprint does a great job with bringing to market innovative products, however our history of implementation has been poor and needs to be significantly improved. Also, don't break any policy, as they will fire you in a heartbeat."

"Was great and I like the fast past change that was always happening and also like the technology"

"It was very stressful when the merger happened because Sprint didn't have my position in thier corporation and wasn't sure where I would end up at."

"Sprint Nextel was an exciting company to work for. I enjoyed the interaction with the customer. Sprint was a leader in telecommunications and also had a lot of opportunities for certain people with special skills and also Ivy League Schools"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself and everything will work out."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Work life balance at the company is not good. The expectations are to be available at all times and sometimes even working 6 days a week. The expectation is to work at least 10 years a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train Senior management to have compassion for their employees. Senior management should treat people with respect and not like just a number. Sensitivity training is needed and also beginning to use the training not come back the same."

"The company has changed a great deal since the Nextel merger."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Over-worked (60-80 hr. weeks, EVERY week), under-paid (1/3 of that of the management I supported)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Blow a hole in the marketplace with 4G communications. Your current packages are fantastic; coverage still needs work."
