"It's a pretty decent company, with local and worldwide clients. Employees seem to be satisfied with how they are being treated and the overall experiences that they have on a day to day basis. I for one, love the decor of Sprint. Sprint Campus on a whole is a wonderful environment to work in. Best job I've had in all my career, and I wouldn't change anything about it."

"I’ve worked for Sprint for almost 5 years now and it is a great company to start at if you’re interested in sales. They provide a 3 week training program along with ongoing training throughout your time their. They always recognize achievements and properly coach you when you’re lacking in an area.."

"Great company, very understanding culture, very tight knit family. Until the recent buyout. With the infusion of the Matsusun Capital the company is losing its customer service focus, and soon everything will be done via store or website. That cut quite a few people with 20 or more years of loyal service."

"Sprint is an amazing company to work for! The people that make this company run on a day to day are truly wonderful! The benefits are out of this world. I wish I didn't have to leave them but the office will just be to far from my home. Love working at Sprint!!"

"I worked for sprint for 1 year and 4 months. I was a Tier II technical support specialist. It was a different experience considering it was my first call center job. I learned to adapt quickly even through the constant changes that technology in general comes with. overall it was a great experience working with sprint."

"I've worked for sprint for about 10 months in the call center. It was rough at first because of the diversity of people. The job pays decent and the benefits are great, who wouldn't love a free phone plan! But the downside are its almost impossible to work mornings and some of their policies are not in favor of people with illnesses. It's a stressful job if you work in tech support because sometimes you just want to help a customer but can't because of policy or company changes."
