"I've worked for Xerox for 3 years as a software developer. The people are great (in my experience), but the things we do completely stagnate after a few years. There isn't really any innovation at a fast-pace, and you don't really get recognized for your work too often. You can learn a lot in the first few years, but you will get bored quickly. I'd say it's an average place to work, mostly because it's bureaucratic, but relaxed. The people are the real reason to work here."
"I worked for Xerox Business Services (formerly ACS, Inc.) for 12 years. I work in the Education services department. In my department's call center, I am the lead developer that collaborates with clients and management to create solutions."
